CAP (Customer Advantage Program) - provides a price cap to protect against dramatic market changes. By choosing the CAP program you'll know the highest price you'll pay all season. No matter how high retail prices go you will never pay anything more than your CAP price but if they drop below the CAP price you will pay the LOWER price!

Easy Pay Program - proven protection against price fluctuations, an easy pay program is a great way to take control of your monthly expenses. You can enter into our easy pay plan each spring for the following heating season. We analyze your past usage to determine an appropriate monthly payment for you. At the end of the season we will either credit your account for the following year or bill you the remaining balance due.

The knowledgeable staff at Dempsey Oil recommend combining the CAP and Budget programs. With today's volitile market it is advantageous to know your payment amount each month. You could even receive a credit at the end of your contract term!

Fixed Price - offers the opportunity to pre-buy your oil at a set price. Fixed price plans can offer the security of knowing your price upfront but are a gamble because if the price goes down you're stuck with the higher fixed price.
